We understand the excitement of receiving a new Pokémon product, which is why we work hard to ensure every order is packed securely and shipped as quickly as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.
1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to payment verification and inventory confirmation.
In-Stock Products
Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order are not currently available for immediate shipment.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- The release date displayed on the product page is an estimate.
- Release dates are determined by The Pokémon Company and official distributors.
- Release dates may change without notice.
- Orders will be shipped on or shortly after inventory is received.
If a pre-order contains multiple items, the entire order may be held until all products are available unless otherwise stated.
3. Shipping Methods

- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Europe
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
United States & Canada
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Orders
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–10 business days

5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

- Shipping carrier information
- Tracking link
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Prims Pokémon TCG Store has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

- Postal code

- Email address
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided during checkout.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
While we work with trusted carriers, delays can occasionally occur.
Prims Pokémon TCG Store is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Transportation disruptions
- Events outside our control
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
10. Returned or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:

- Unpaid customs charges
any shipping fees, customs fees, or return charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Orders that violate these restrictions may be cancelled.
